Mel G. Todd, FSA, MAAA is a consulting actuary with more than 35 years of experience developing, pricing, marketing, selling and administering COLI and BOLI products and related nonqualified benefit plans. Mel has also served as an expert witness in several lawsuits and arbitrations related to COLI and BOLI products. In addition, Mel oversaw the successful launch of an IPO in 1998 and ran the publicly-traded company as President and CEO subsequent to the IPO. Mel is an accomplished public speaker and well-known expert in his field.
