Prior to joining COLI Consulting Group, Jaree was a partner in the labor and employment law practice of Worsham Forsythe & Wooldridge, LLP in Dallas, Texas (now Hunton & Williams LLP). Jaree advised and represented management and corporate clients in all aspects of labor and employment law including workforce restructuring and downsizing, executive compensation, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, labor union relations, compliance with the FMLA, ADA, FLSA and other various state and federal employment laws. Jaree also represented employers in a wide range of lawsuits and administrative proceedings, including labor arbitrations, and has represented clients before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Jaree graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, with distinction, in 1990, and from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Finance in 1986. Jaree is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Duke Comprehensive Cancer Center and is a former member of the Board of Trustees for the Greensboro Children’s Museum.
